This stunning Relais is the heart and soul of Echandelys village. It is run by Marianne and Bernard Chasteau. She is a wonderful chef and they are great hosts. The menu changes daily and only uses fresh local produce. It is in the village centre, has a large fountain in front, a chateau behind and the church is on the side of the square.
